Winemaker Note
Purple in colour, rather deep. The nose fluctuates between floral notes such as violet and fruits such as blackcurrants or crushed strawberries. On the palate, the wine presents an additional density thanks to the presence of whole bunches (40%). It remains nonetheless very juicy, fresh and drinkable. We find on the palate what we perceived on the nose: floral and fruity notes dressed by a texture and grain of the wine that coats the entire palate. This is a wine dotted with bright fruit with a pulpy palate, which gives a joyful expression of its fruit, the Pinot Noir.
