Winemaker Notes
Vibrant red cherry colour, with a medium-high intensity, clean and bright. On the nose, fresh and intense, with berry fruit aromas dominating and integrated in a balanced way with oak notes and a spicy touch that adds complexity. On the palate, the wine is tasty, with a soft and pleasant entry that brings freshness, leading to a balanced mouthfeel with a long and persistent finish that leaves a nice impression of black fruit, spices, and a subtle licorice hint.
 
Food Pairings
A perfect wine to enjoy during a barbecue with different meats. Beef short ribs and other braised beef dishes. We can also pair it with pizza, a selection of cheeses or typical Italian cuisine such as risotto or pasta.
