Cherry-red colour with medium-high intensity, clean and bright. On the nose, it is fresh and intense, with well-defined red fruit aromas and elegant balsamic notes, complemented by a background of sweet spices such as vanilla. On the palate, it is flavorful and well-balanced, with a fresh, gentle, and rounded entry. The finish is long and persistent, leaving pleasant notes of wild berries, spices, and a hint of licorice. 82% Tempranillo, 11% Mazuelo, 4% Graciano, 3% Maturana.
 
Food Pairings
A perfect wine to enjoy during a barbecue with different meats. Beef short ribs and other braised beef dishes. We can also pair it with pizza, a selection of cheeses or typical Italian cuisine such as risotto or pasta.
