Winemaker Notes:
Sourced from high altitude, cool-climate vineyard sites that are planted to alluvial red-brown loams and white limestone mixed with rocky slate. Winemaker Chris Ringland personally selects unoaked Chardonnay and Grenache wines for this blend. Made in a friendly, fruit-forward style, Bitch Bubbly features honeycrisp apple, scarlet hues, strawberry mousse, aromas of sweet red berries and strawberry jam, with the added depth of red cherries and currants. Fruit sweetness is balanced with the crisp refreshing tang of the bubbles.
