Gold in color, cheerful ripe yellow apple, plump Bartlett pear and bread dough aromas lean into roasted lemon on the nose. The palate is more reserved in contrast with flavors of dried hay, lemon pith, white tea and dusty field grass. Pair with herbed chicken dishes, pesto and chicken satay.

Remarkably aromatic with pretty white flower and fruit fragrances. On the palate it reveals a freshness that is pure and clean. Notes of citrus, apple and gooseberry with hints of passion fruit are found in this lively and bright wine. An incredible value.
An excellent aperitif that is also outstanding with fish, seafood and certain white meats. A classic pairing with any type of goat cheese.
