Winemaker Notes
From the Loire Valley of France, J. de Villebois is made by a quality-driven family whose ancestors began in France, moved to the Netherlands, then circled back centuries later to France. Made from Pinot Noir grapes grown on selected terroirs, you’ll discover a fresh, ripe, delicious style of Pinot Noir. Made from de-classified Sancerre Pinot Noir, the nose opens up to cherry, raspberry and rose petal aromas. The palate is silky yet clean with a good texture and a finish of crunchy fruit.
 
Food Pairings
Pairs perfectly with salmon, chicken, or pork. As well as various cheeses: Brie, Gruyère, Comté, and aged Gouda.
