Winemaker Notes
This white Burgundy is dry, but the fruit is ripe and gives richness, offering flavors of candied apple, sweet apple and peach. There is a touch of smoke and lemon pith balancing the orchard notes. The texture is round and dense.
Pair with cheese, poulty, creamy pastas, ham, mushrooms or as a starter.
