This vineyard has been planted in the dried-up lake of Marseille. The subsoil there, in addition to clay, has very rich salty elements. The result is a dry Sauvignon, with high acidity and rich aromas of tropical fruits and citrus fruits. Try it fresh and be inundated with the aromas of Marseille
