Justo emerges from an experimental and emotional dimension. It is an innovative and unconventional wine, capable of adapting to various drinking occasions thanks to its easy-to-drink character.
Freshness, lightness, and versatility are the defining features of Justo. On the eye, it reveals a deep red colour with vibrant, intense highlights. On the nose, ripe fruit and cherry notes emerge, while the palate offers a soft, velvety texture with a light, balanced structure.
The name Justo comes from a combination of the English word Just and the Italian word Giusto – meaning Right. This wine is an appassimento style wine – the grapes are dried for a short period of time – about 20 days – thereby creating a wine that is “just right”.
