A waft of beeswax on the nose transitions on the palate to a pure and lovely beam of poached apricot fruit, accented by dried raspberry, candied ginger, hazelnut biscotti and honeysuckle notes. Intense nose with lots of botrytis. Great structure with flavors of lime, citrus and peaches; a fine balance of richness, racy acidity and a long finish. Ready to pair with a cheese plate.
