Bright straw yellow with a persistent mousse. Smells delicately of mint, citrus and crunchy yellow apple on the nose. Fresh pome fruit on the palate, with a bold, very well-integrated mousse, fresh and juicy, with good length.
 
Winemaker Notes
Aromas of ripe golden apples, acacia, and honeysuckle are exhibited on the nose. On the palate, the wine is dry, fresh and fruit-driven with citrus and stone-fruit flavors.
