The famous three-layered Piedmontese chocolate, just over 2.5 centimetres wide and 1.5 centimetres high. Small, but incredible, each square is a microcosm of flavours. Discover it in a version where the harmony between past and future manifests itself to the nth degree, born from the simplicity of processing an incredibly delicious amber ingredient. Caramel, with its history dating back to the Arabs of 1000 AD, is the beating heart of this creation: a layer of dark chocolate with almond paste between two layers of white chocolate with caramel, in sublime contrast with the dark chocolate.
