The estate wine’s fresh red raspberry and cinnamon aromas play hide-and-seek with tiny notes of dark chocolate and coconut. Black cherries appear on the palate, where they are joined by rosemary, lemon and chopped walnut wood. Even with searing acidity and powerful tannins, the wine’s mouthfeel still feels supple.
