White wine. Sancerre, Loire Valley, France. Sustainable. 100% Sauvignon Blanc. A single hillside plot of 50 year old vines on chalky Kimmeridgian Marne. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks. Bottled unfiltered. Full-bodied, intense and elegant on the palate, this is a densely textured Sancerre with well integrated minerals, phenolic grip and a very nice acidity and salinity in the finish.
