Tasting Notes:
Aromas of cigar box, green herb, asphalt and cherry are followed by sweet fruit flavors that display a very pretty sense of styling. It doesn't quite all come together but delivers plenty of intrigue, showing a fine sense of elegance.
Winemaker Notes
The 2014 Katherine has floral and almond notes with a rich texture and minerality. The finish is dominated by rich cherry flavors and lingering tannins. 100% Cabernet Franc Aged 19 months, 100% French oak, 40% new.
