The 2021 Pinot Noir Reserve opens with an exotic blend of spices, blood orange and cola. It's round and character with silky textures and juicy acidity to balance as crisp red and blue fruits settle on the senses. The 2021 tapers off with admirable length and concentration, leaving a framework of edgy tannins that tug at the cheeks. Nicely done.

A lot of spices here with toasted cedar, walnuts and a backbone of red and dark fruit. Medium-bodied with creamy tannins and a spicy, chalky aftertaste. Firm and toasty. Drink or hold.
 
Winemaker Notes
Dark plum skin purple in color. The aromatics are rich, with luscious layers of blackberry, plum, and cherry cola spice. Undertones of fresh moss and forest floor emerge between swirls. The palate is pitch-perfect; with a smooth and silky entry followed by a textural and weighty midpalate. The finish in substantial with layer upon layer of spice notes.
