With its fruity fragrance and floral bouquet, enhanced by the soft pressing and protection of the must from the action of oxygen, Bel Star reveals extreme finesse and elegance, with typical notes of pear and apple and, in the mouth, a caressing and silky foam , good minerality that is released. At sight it has a brilliant straw yellow color. Excellent as an aperitif in combination with cold cuts, cheeses, and appetizers. It also goes well with raw fish dishes, such as tartare and sushi.
