Among the better expressions from this vast, somewhat sclerotic Lugana region, evidencing many styles and expressions. Some reductive lees-driven framework compresses hints of jasmine, stone fruit allusions, almond husk and spruce. The finish eases over the structural seams to good, sappy length. Nice drinking.

Winemaker Note
At harvest time, the perfectly ripe grapes yield mature white fruit, with peaches that seem to be embraced by fresh floral notes. The palate immediately registers its typical richness, while the marked acidity provides a sinuous mouthfeel and lends agility.
