Made from a mix of old and young vines grown on sandy and chalky soils around Batea and Gandesa, the Garnatxa Blanca from Herència Altés is harvested by hand early to retain the grape’s natural acidity. It is fermented by indigenous yeasts and aged in stainless steel tanks to preserve its freshness.
