The powerful Chianti Rufina del Castello del Trebbio, Lastricato is the highest representation of our lands, of single-varietal winemaking, and of our refinement methods. It is the purest expression of its terroir. For its dense tannins and the good acidity, this wine matches well with main courses with an intense taste like pasta with wild boar sauce, T-bone steak and stewed game. After 10 years it becomes a perfect company wine.
