Winemaker Notes
Pale yellow in color with green highlights, clear and bright. The nose is very appealing, gaining precision and intensity with aeration, revealing notes of exotic fruits (pineapple, passion fruit), yellow peach and white-fleshed fruit, lifted by a touch of citrus.
On the palate, the attack is crisp and fresh, supported by lively acidity. The mid-palate shows a harmonious, gently creamy texture and pleasing volume, without heaviness, balanced by a well-defined freshness that brings drive and length. The finish is pure and sapid, extending the fruity notes with good persistence.
