A well-crafted, focused and textural Tavel made of grenache, cinsault and clairette. On the nose it shows forest berries, wet stones, mild spices and a hint of forest floor. Medium-bodied with a seductive and succulent development on the palate. Driven and persistent. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification.
