Winemaker Notes:
Garnet red, the 2020 Clos LaChance Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of plum, blackberry and green pepper. Medium body, medium tannin and light acid on the palate with hints of fresh blueberries, white pepper and plum. Pairs well with BBQ Tri-Tip, pasta with Italian sausage and hard cheeses. Blend: 76% Cabernet Sauvignon, 19% Merlot, 5% Malbec
