A plot of 50 year old vines grown on the granite soils of Clisson, a plot that achieved full organic certification in 2018. Fermented with wild yeast before spending two years in traditional concrete tanks. Being the most southerly cru in the region Clisson tends to be the warmest and this cru always display a certain richness and spice along with savoury yeast notes and charentais melon. A textural Muscadet of very sleek lines.
